Unfortunately we can’t accept a return once the order has shipped due to COVID19 restrictions.

Please do not send your purchase back to us. It will be refused and sent back to you.

Replacement

We only replace items within 10 days of purchase if they are defective or damaged from shipping.  Send us an email by using our contact form, and we will get back to you. If the color is no longer in stock or discontinued, the replacement color will be at your discretion.

Defective PITCHOUTS

If for some reason your PITCHOUTS fail to perform as expected within 30 days of purchase, send us an email by using our contact form. Include a brief explanation and we will get back with you.
